Hi,
Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community
It looks like you have an issue with connectivity that's causing the server not to synch properly with your system. When you ran the fixit tool in aggressive mode did it give any errors during the process? Did you try resetting the proxy settings above?
Has there been any change in the settings for the computer (any new programs, new hardware like a router)?
I would suggest you to perform clean boot first:
Clean Boot:
Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.
**How to perform a clean boot in Windows**
Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.
Also try to disable Anti- virus if you have any:
When you disable Antivirus:
Important Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
I would suggest you to follow the steps listed under "Advanced troubleshooting methods" in the following article:
You may encounter temporary connection-related errors when you use Windows Update or Microsoft Update to install updates
