if anyone has this problem but has antivirus installed follow this step by step guide to disable it

in search bar on the task bar type control panel then click on system and security then security and maintenance then under security tab it will say **spyware and unwanted software protection (important)**under this click the blue writing that says turn of messages about spyware and unwanted software protection.

now your done no more notifications for spyware and unwanted software protection

Well I have only a Quick Heal Antivirus Pro 16.00 installed on my laptop and its working just perfectly fine.

And the only the only thing I can remember before this started was that I forcefully stopped the "Service Host" from the task manager as it suddenly started using around 80% CPU and was making my laptop burning hot.

If you have a virus protection program running and don't need Defender, try -

    Control Panel

    System and Security

    Security and Maintenance

    Change Security and Maintenance settings

uncheck - Spyware and unwanted software protection

Having the same issue, I have McAfee installed since getting my  Surface 3 tablet, never been an issue until a few days ago. I get this message about 5 times a day. Very annoying!
