Hello,

i recently got several blue screens for overheatting so i decided to install some fans inside the case and since then the blue screens are gone.

But when i pluged both my screens in again, the second one has a pink colour over it. I can still see the normal desktop , but everything is pink/purple.

The second monitor is plugged via VGA and first/ main one via DVI.

Thanks for help.

Simon

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

I appreciate your time and effort.

I understand that your monitor display is in pink color. I will certainly help you with this.

As per the description, it seems like this is the hardware issue. I would suggest you to check the following steps:

    1. The VGA cable is connect properly or not.

    2. Try to check, if the port is damaged.

    3. Try to change the cable.

    1. Try to install the latest display driver.

    5. Try to check with the manufacturer or local technician.
