    Hi,

It seems to be an issue related to the power management. Transitioning to hibernation makes one of the sensors irresponsive.

    Can anyone please confirm?

    Best regards,

    Nuno de Almeida Cristelo

    Hi Tuan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The issue that you are facing might occur due to corrupt drivers. Try these methods:

    Method 1

    Install drivers through Windows Updates.

Check in Windows updates if any driver updates are available. If so, install the same.

    • Press Windows Key + W on the keyboard.
    • Type Updates in the search bar and click on the icon Windows Update from the search result.
    • On the Windows Update window, click on the link: Check for updates from the left hand side of the window to receive a fresh list of updates.

If the updates are available, install all the updates listed there. Make sure you install all the updates including the optional updates.

    Method 2

If the above method does not fix the issue, try downloading the driver from manufacturer's website and install them.

    Hi,

The same behaviour. While restoring my unit to factory default, and during the initial windows 8.1. setup both the pen and touch could be used, but after a while only the pen could respond.

After installing the Wacom Drivers both pen and touch work flawlessly.

    Best regards,

    Nuno de Almeida Cristelo

P.S. Still running the Windows Update. If any of the input sensors become unresponsive I will post back further information regarding this issue.
