- Are you able to connect to other devices through the desktop receiver?
I would recommend that you open "Device Manager" located in Control Paneland check if you can find the device there. To open device manager, follow the steps below:
Steps:
- Open Run Command, (Windows button + R).
- In the dialog box type, "dvgmgmt.msc"
