I had tried both methods, but neither had worked. Nothing short of installing Windows 10 had actually brought back that driver.
However, I would like for you to answer another question. Is it necessary to re-install the manufacturer drivers for my hardware components over that of those provided by Windows 10? My manufacturer has a list of these for the Windows 10 platform in regards to my device. A Sager NP9377/Clevo P377SM-A.
