Hi Gogita,
I can imagine the inconvenience you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction to fix the issue. However, I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions to narrow down the issue in order to provide you with better assistance.
- What is the make and model of your computer?
- Are all the drivers and Windows Updates updated?
- Did you make any significant changes prior to the issue?
This issue is most likely driver related. Installing the correct driver should fix this problem. Boot into safe mode and uninstall your Video card from device manager.
For getting into safe mode, check this article.

2. Select device manager from the Control panel list.
3. Navigate to your video card, right-click on it and select properties.
4. Select driver tab and click on Uninstall to uninstall the existing driver.
5. Restart the computer once it completes.
To install the correct driver for your Video card, go to your Graphics card manufacturer’s website. The manufacturer details can be obtained from the device manager itself.
