how to fix error code 805a8011 lumia 530

I cant seem to open my app store... Everytime I try it shows error 805a8011... I tried synchronizing my micro account, deleted some apps and music... The only thing I haven't tried is to reset my phone... I don't wanna loose my saved data... Is there any other way I can try

    I already did your suggestions, but still it doesn't worked. Does it have any other solutions? Thank you for answering this.

    Hello nkanyisoshozi,

    thank you for posting to the forum.

    You can try doing a soft reset (no data loss).

    settings > storage sense > phone > temporary files > delete > Internet Explorer options > delete history.  Once you have done this, press and hold the down volume button + the power button until the phone shuts off and vibrates.  After the phone reboots, please go to settings > emails + accounts > tap and hold the Microsoft account listed and select the sync option.

    You will also need to make sure time and date are correct and set on manual.

    I too was getting the same error and it was really frustrating. Finally the below solutions fixed the issue. Hope it works for you too.
