Computer is useless after using Fix me stick malware removal device

What about" no network adapter" do you not understand? Before fixmestick I had internet access, drivers and everything. After fix me stick; no more drivers, no network adapter; no more administrater access to anything. 

So, yes, no internet access, Einstein, you are correct about that. I tried your support team for more than

a month. All I got was frustration. I went to Best Buy and told them what happened. Their geeks said this is 

common with fixmestick. At my urging, the product was removed from the store. 

In conclusion, Im hoping someone in the microsoft community can offer a useful solution. Fixmestick

damage control is too little too late. If I wanted more of the same I would have gone to them. If you

sincerely want to make things right fix me stick guy, then replace my computer which is now a door stop.

The very least you can do is give me my $60 back. Aside from that, buttout. Havent you done enough damage?

I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, but it seems like you have no internet. I'd first suggest contacting our support Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 7PM EST and troubleshoot the problem with our support staff so we can better understand your situation. But if your problem is you just cannot access the internet, I'd first suggest trying to reset the network adapter.

To do so, open your command prompt as an administrator. Then type in netsh winsock reset and press enter. It will ask you to restart the computer, so do so (this will reset your network adapter and should solve the problem). Otherwise, we'd need to know more before we suggest a different solution.
