The USB/DVD download Tool does not recognize my ISO File to make a bootable USB.

I downloaded the ISO file to "downloads". I installed the USB/DVD download Tool. I'm trying to make a bootable USB to repair Windows 7 Home Premium SP1. I open the tool, click "browse" to locate my ISO, click on it. I get a message saying the file is not valid. Does anyone know an easy fix for this? I have spent too much time trying to get my PC back up & running again. I believe my problem stems from trying to copy a 32 bit USB from a 64 bit PC. Can I rename the file? Should I have downloaded it to Documents instead of Downloads?

This is where I went to download the file I'm trying to work with. I tried once to put it in "downloads". When that didn't seem to work, I downloaded the file again in "Documents". I tried downloading it the first time directly to the USB drive but it was not boot able. As I mentioned before, I am downloading a 32 bit ISO onto a 64 Bit hard drive. By the way, thanks for helping me. I thought I knew quite a bit about computers. Now I'm just totally baffled. I also need to know what program opens the ISO file once it is copied to the USB drive & all of the properties it should have. This PC has a program that does not come with Windows 7 listed to open the file by default. I know I need to change that. I don't know if it should be "Microsoft", or "Windows" or what.

Yes. I got it from the same page you just referred me to. I need 32 bit to repair my PC. The PC I downloaded the ISO file to is a 64 bit. Is it possible to rename the file?
