Groove Music app error and says This app can't open How do I fix

Groove Music app error and says This app can't open "Check the Windows Store for more info about @(Microsoft.ZuneMusic_3.6.12101.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe?ms-resource://Microsoft.ZuneMusic/resources/IDS_MANIFEST_MUSIC_APP_NAME).

Movies and TV app also give an error and won't open it is a different error message:  "The error code is 0x80070003, in case you need it."

How do I fix?

    I would also like to know the solution to this. The only thing that fixed it for me before was a Refresh/Reset.

    I've tried this command but it didn't work for me, does it work for you?

    Thank you for posting in the forum.

    I understand you have an issue with the Groove music app, you can not open this app.

    I would ask you on which device do you get this error messages and which windows version are you using .
