GTA V, No audio after intro

Hi, I'm having issues with GTA V on my windows 10. The game is opening and I am even able to play the game but there is no sound after the RockStar intro logo. I've searched about this issue on the internet and found that it is a problem of direct x, but when I checked my direct x version its 11.2. I've been facing this issue for the last 5 days, please help.

    2. Select Compatibility tab.

    3. Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.
