    Hi,

Try running the built-in Program compatibility troubleshooter. You'll find it by right clicking the "Action Center" icon (looks like a flag) on the taskbar and click "Troubleshoot a problem".

In the menu which opens, click the link on the left to "View all" and then click Program Compatibility Troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

There are two, slightly different methods that you can use to help older programs run in a newer version of Windows:

Method 1: Run the installed program in compatibility mode

    1. After installing the game, find the .EXE file used to launch the game, usually found in the Program Files folder under the program's name.
    2. Right-click the .EXE, and select Properties
    3. Under the Compatibility tab, check the box for Compatibility Mode, and select from the drop-down menu the version of Windows the program was made to run in.
    4. Click OK to exit the dialog box, and check to see if the game works now.

Method 2: Install the game using compatibility settings

    1. Before installing the game, find the installer file.
    2. Right-click the file, and click Properties
    3. Under the Compatibility tab, check the box for Compatibility Mode, and select from the drop-down menu the version of Windows the program was made to run in.
    4. Click OK to exit the dialog box. Install the game now, and check to see if it works.

Try method 1 first, and let us know if it works.
