I Also got the pc of amazon. It was called a FreshTech PC it wasn't custom made or anything like that. Also,I don't have Intel on my pc. Is this the problem?

Hi I Also Checked The "dxdiag" or the "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" and it says that my Main Driver Is "aticfx64.dll,aticfx64.dll,aticfx64.dll,a" and then I can't see the rest

I'm not a gamer, but most gaming computers have a separate video card rather than relying on the graphics capability integrated into the main CPU chip, as your machine appears to do.

It's possible that you do have a separate graphics card, but you didn't include that part of your specs; in System Information, expand "Components," click "Display," and copy/past that information into your next reply.

In response to the question in your subject line, you updating the standard VGA graphics adapter is not your problem.

Is this a computer that you built yourself or had built for you?  It doesn't appear to be a "brand name" computer such as a Dell, HP, etc.

Visit this site and see what it has to say about the games you want to run --> http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

As usual, LemP is doing a great job but I have a question...

Has this system ever worked properly before and if it used to work properly what do you think happened to it?

Something is wrong if that's what you see in System Information under Components > Display.

The "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" is built into Windows and is used in Safe Mode.  You should not see that in normal mode.

Open Device Manager (click the Start Orb, type devmgmt.msc in the Search box and press Enter).

Double-click the line that reads "Display adapters"

What do you see?  Please provide the complete name on this line

Double-click on the entry in the Display adapters section

    • What is the "Device status"?
    • Click the "Driver" tab.  What is shown for
      • Driver provider
      • Driver date
      • Driver version
    • While you have Device Manager open, what OTHER entries show warning icons?

Please take a screenshot of the "Display" tab of DXDIAG and add it to your next reply.  To do this:

    1. Run DXDIAG and select the "Display" tab
    2. Click the Start Orb, type snipping and press Enter
    3. The screen will time and a small "Snipping Tool" window will open
    4. Click your mouse on one corner of the DXDIAG Display window, keep the left mouse button pressed and drag to the diagonally opposite corner of the window
    5. When you release the mouse button, the screenshot will appear in the Snipping Tool window.  Save the file with a name and location that you will remember.
    6. When you get to your Reply here, click the "add image" icon (2nd from the right in the toolbar in the Reply window)
    7. Click "Browse" and go to the file you saved in step 5 and click "Open"
    8. Click "Upload"

It doesn't matter that you don't have Intel.
