This issue could be due to still image service which might have stopped. This may also occur due to issues with MP navigator driver for the scanner.
I would suggest you to check if Windows still image service is started and the startup type is set to automatic.
You can follow the steps:
a) Press Windows and R key together to open run.
b) Type “services.msc” and hit Enter.
c) Locate still image service. Double Click on the service and check if the service status is set to Start and the startup type is set to Automatic.
d) If not, make the required changes and then click on Apply.
e) Click on OK.
Check if you receive the same error code again.
