Not with Windows 7, at least not "out of the box". You could use a tool like AutoHotKey, or also just note that Windows 8 and higher have shortcut keys for this.

I am having to right click and send to compressed zipped folder for over 100 files and would like to speed up the process by using a shortcut key instead.
Any suggestions?
