Not likely.
According to the information you have posted, you have driver version 15.200.1062.1003
The most recent driver available on the AMD web site is version 15.20.1062.1004 (I wouldn't worry about the difference between "20" and "200" in those version numbers).
As far as I can determine, the only change from 1003 to 1004 was: "[423311] A TDR error may be experienced when accessing the Windows Metro camera application, the Skype application or the Xbox application." If this applies to you, then download and install the latest driver.
Normally, if that fix didn't apply to you I would suggest not installing the latest driver, but you might do it anyway just in case some of the driver files you currently have installed are corrupted.

Because you have 8 GB of RAM, you probably have the 64-bit version of Windows 7, but double-check by clicking the Start Orb, then right-clicking "Computer" and selecting "Properties." Look for "System type" in the middle of the page.
If you have Windows 7 64-bit, go here to get the driver --> http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64
If you have Windows 7 32-bit, go here --> http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+32
On either page, if "Features" isn't selected automatically when you get to the page, click it and then click the "Download" button for the "Catalyst Software Suite."
I strongly suggest that you NOT download the Beta driver.
Click "Release notes" to the right of "Features" and scroll down to the bottom of the page for directions on how to install the driver.

After writing the instructions between the lines of asterisks above, I noticed that AMD has a "Driver Detect Utility" that should find and download the proper driver for you. Use this instead --> http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool(Directions --> http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/GPU131ObtainGPUDriversAuto.aspx)
