    I assume that you've already tried contacting Linksys/Cisco support --> (http://www.linksys.com/th/support/)

    Linksys called its WUSB54GS a "Wireless-G USB Adapter with SpeedBooster" (the "S" at the end is for "SpeedBooster," which is some Linksys marketing gimmick the details of which I can't recall).

    This driver says it's for Vista and above.  It might work for XP as well --> http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/ScopedViewInline.aspx?updateid=ee95d2c8-f756-4e6d-aa22-d3b64b612ae0

    I couldn't find one there that was specifically for XP.

    Just to confirm that the driver linked above is for your particular unit, if you click on the "Package Details" tab, you'll see the USB VID/PID for the product that goes with the driver.  And if you look that up HERE, you'll find that VID/PID is the "WUSB54GS v2 802.11g Adapter [Broadcom 4320 USB]".

    The Linksys WUSG54G devices for which there are XP drivers in the Windows Update Catalog all seem to use a different chip.

    Or ask here:  http://www.linksysinfo.org/index.php

    Most of the files from the Update Catalog are *.cab files.  You can either use the native EXPAND command from a Command Prompt or -- and I find this easier -- use something like free 7-zip (http://7-zip.org/) to extract the necessary files.  Usually, you'll need to use the *.inf file (right-click > Install) or see, e.g., http://www.driveridentifier.com/blog/?p=24
