    Hi,

    ·         Which operating system is installed on your computer?

    ·         Have you made any changes on the computer prior to the issue?

Issue 1: Acrobat failed to send DDE command

Try launching acrobat in safe mode, to do so follow the steps:

    a.       Press and hold down shift and double click the acrobat icon and then open a pdf file.

    b.      If it opens without crashing after about 15 seconds, then you have a faulty plug in, locate and remove it from your plug-ins folder.

    c.       To remove plug-ins, you may contact Acrobat Support

Issue 2: Adobe air not successful download latest

You may try uninstalling and re-installing the program.

Let us know if this information helps.

you have to go to your task manager to shut down any tasks that say adobe and then it will work

press Ctrl + Alt + Delete simultaneously    this will bring you to a menu.  click on task manager, select one at a time, programs that say Adobe and click end task.  Simple   then try uninstalling it again.

I am unable to uninstall Adobe Reader DC. A window opens stating listing following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup. Close these applications and click Retry to continue.  The problem is that the four files listed are Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which I am unable to open.  Then another window open stating fatal error.

Therefore, I am unable to open and uninstall. Help!
