What is the problem that the primary hard disk drive 0 is not found and also the same for hard disk drive 1 not found.   Does it need software with the drivers that go the hard disk or maybe it is the entire motherboard that needs to be replaced.  Who can tell me so I will know which way to go with this problem?

Thanks,

-Richard

It's not a driver problem, its a hardware problem at the BIOS level.  First go in the BIOS and make sure that the disks are not disabled and make sure that the disk are properly identified, it is usually best to set the disks to AUTO and the BIOS should properly recognize them.  If the BIOS does not see the disks then open the computer and verify the power cables to the disks, make sure that they are properly seated, also verify the data cable and make sure that it is properly seated on the motherboard and on the disks.
