- From where have you downloaded FIFA 13 on the system? Is it through Windows Store/Xbox or through some other source?
- Are you getting any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message along with the error code on the system?
- Did you make any significant changes prior to this issue?
- Is your system up to date? Have you installed all the updates on the system?
I would suggest you to check, whether the FIFA 13 supports the graphics card installed on Windows 10 and make sure you have installed all the latest updates on the system.

- Select Compatibility Tab
- Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list
- Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
