my computer says BSOD error 333 registry failure of operating system.....what will i do...it says that i should not restart or shut down my computer.

    That is not a normal BSOD error.  Basically you have no choice but to re-start your computer, otherwise you will be staring at that screen till the power runs out.

    We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

    I got the BSOD Error 333 Registry Failure 333- Driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations... and a toll free number to call 1-866-388-3207-which I DID NOT call - I suspect a scam.

    The screen is frozen-what should I do?
