Could not load file or assembly Hp active support

Original title: microsoft support assistant will not load

I have an hp g71 447 us laptop  hp support assistant will no longer load ive tried everything on every thread i can find i got an error that said   alert with guid: Could not load file or assemblyHp active support library Version =2.0.0.1. culture= nuetral:Public key token =01a974bc1760f423 or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the filespecified. Failed to exicute      any suggestions.

    Hi Scott,

    As per the description we understand that you are not able to load HP Support assistant.

    Let us know how exactly are you trying to load it?

    Are you trying to connect to them through an inbuilt application?

    Provide us more information about the issue to assist you better.
