Yes, I installed a new hard drive. Because of the problem with the MBR there is no partition on the new hard drive yet. I did the Bootrec step by step, but after restart nothing happened. Windows is not installed because there is not partition in the new hard drive. I'm stock on this. Thanks for trying to help me.
MBR corrupted
MBR is corrupted for some reason. I tried to fix it by booting from my Windows 7 installation DVD, and command prompt. The last step was to restart the computer so windows can boot normally. Didn't work. Any one with a better idea?

If you have already performed or method 1 didn't help try method 2,
Method 2: Perform System Restore.
The system recovery options menu contains several tools, such as System restore, that can help you recover windows from a serious error.
I would suggest you to go into recovery option using your windows 7 disk and try system restore. For that you can refer to the link below and go to system restore section
