How do I play music through my laptop speakers and separate bluetooth speakers simultaneously?

I have an HP Envy 14 laptop and just purchased a Bose Soundlink Bluetooth speaker. I would like to be able to play music through my laptop speakers and through the Bose Soundlink Speakers simultaneously.

  1. How do I do this?
  2. Assuming it is possible, how can I play one set of music through my laptop and a different song (simultaneously) through the Bluetooth speaker?

    Hi there,

I've just worked out how to do this!

    1. Go to devices and printers.
    2. If the bluetooth speakers don't appear, click "find device" and connect.
    3. Right click on the speakers and select "sound settings".
    4. 2 speakers should appear in the window - your laptop speakers and the bluetooth speakers.
    5. Disconnect the laptop speakers and connect to the bluetooth speakers.
    6. ENJOY.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot play one set of music through laptop and a different song (simultaneously) through the Bluetooth speaker.

If you wanted to listen music through headphone or laptop speaker, you need to disconnect or disable the Bluetooth speaker.

Hope this information helps. Please revert for any clarification any Windows issue. We will be glad to help you.

I am generally using winamp, but also use Spotify and other streaming websites. I can get the Bluetooth speaker to play sound, but when it does, the laptop speakers or speakers connected through the headphones jack do not play music.

    How do I fix?
