Microsoft Wireless Mouse 1000

Less than one-year old.  When using the tracking wheel to scroll, there is hesitation and stuttering on the screen.  If I click and hold on the sidebar scrolling is flawless.  Is this a battery issue?

1)      Was Microsoft Wireless Mouse 1000’ worked with the different computer?

2)      Do you get any error message?

To resolve the problem, use the following methods in the order in which they are presented.

Method 1:

If you have a hardware device that isn't working properly with your computer, you probably need an updated driver**.**Run Hardware Troubleshooter and check the issue status.

Method 2:

If device that isn't working properly with your computer, you probably need an updated driver, please refer to the following link.

You can check the issue stats by uninstalling and reinstalling the Wireless Mouse 1000 driver.
