Bluedio R+ Wireless headphone's bluetooth driver for Windows 7

Hi

Please help me find the Driver for Bluedio R+ Wireless headphone for Windows 7.

I updated Windows 7 with latest updates on 11/4/2014. Then I installed CSR8510 A10 Bluetooth adapter successfully in my computer as my computer does not have a bluetooth. I was able to detect my R+ through Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> Add a Device. R+ was detected and when I chose it, it searched for the proper drivers. It seems there are 4 drivers as I see 4 rows that says "Bluetooth Peripheral Device X No Driver Found".

Any help or link to the driver files or suggestion to get this working would be really really appreciated.

Thank you.

    Hello Ravan,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have issues with the Bluetooth Headset drivers in Windows 7. We will certainly help you with the same.

I would need some more information on this issue to help you better.

    1. What happens when you try to use the headset in Windows, does that detect?
    2. Do get any specific error code or message while, the Bluetooth fails to work?
    3. Did the device work earlier?
    4. Do you remember making any recent changes in the computer?
    5. What is the make and model of the computer?
    6. Are you able to use any other Bluetooth device in the computer?

Please follow the suggestions mentioned below to fix the issue with drivers.

Firstly, try to run the troubleshooter mentioned below to fix the issue.

    d. In the list of device types, click the kind of device, and then locate the specific device that is not functioning.

    e. Right - click the Device, and then click Properties.

Had same problem with my Bluedio i6 and found a way to make it work with my laptop running windows 7

    1. Go to start menu and select devices and printers
    2. Right click on your bluedio device for example mine is i6
    3. Select properties and click the services tab
    4. Check only this 4 services, Audio Sink, Handsfree Telephony, Remote Control, Remotely Controllable Device and uncheck the rest
    5. Click ok and wait for the drivers to finish installing
    6. Now if you double click on your bluedio device the bluetooth device control should appear and click connect

Hope it works for you as it did for me

    Hi,

I got the same CSR8510 A10 USB BT dongle installed today and have the Bluedio Turbine headset too.

It works just fine for me.

Initially I got an error too but resolved this as following:

    1. hit start menu
    2. select devices and printers
    3. when your headset is paired fine then you'd see the Bluedio device /icon

    Now right click on it

    1. Select Properties
    2. Select Tab services
    3. Make sure only the following services are enabled:

    Audio Sink

    Headset

    Serial Port (SPP)

    1. click ok.
    2. Now right click on your volume icon and select Playback devices and see that you have Bluetooth devices listed (in my case 2).

    Click OK

    1. Then open FLV, Winamp or whatever player and play your song..

    That should do it.

    Good luck.

    Sanny
