well, download the driver from this link, http://www.snc-network.com/download/Ralink\_3070.rar , extract the correct exe for your operative system and then rename the exe (驱动程序Driver.exe to setup.exe), you will be able to install the driver

i bought this signal booster and cannot install either from disc[chinese] or from internet and cannot contact leguang for support...please can anyone help..?

You mean you downloaded a free compatible decompression/compression utility to extract the RAR file?
(7-Zip would be the safer one I would recommend there...)
Just to verify: you downloaded the given RAR file - saving it to your computer, extracted it to new folder, browsed into the extracted location and located the "\Windows\XP VISTA Win7" sub-sub-folder and right-clicked on and ran the "驱动程序Driver.exe" file *as Administrator* to start the installation process?

still got the problem...my drivers are up to date and downloaded free viewer to read rar file but does not accept..any more advice gratefully received..thanks
