How can i fix this?

what do you have for a video card, AMD and NVIDIA are releasing new drivers every couple of weeks.

the latest build of Windows 10 does fix some of the game issues I was experiencing with earlier ones.

So do you think it as a resolution problem? It looks weird, both DX9.0 and DX11 are not working... However is the build 14251 avaliable with stable preview or I have to check the insider preview updates?

I'm basing on Italian automatic updates zone

I use a AMD Radeon 5450. I tried looking around the web but... I found nothing. When you say "Last build", you mean the stable one or the insiders preview? Because I'm using the version 1511 build 10586.71, updated just a few hours ago. Should I try to active the Insider Updates?

that card is not very capable for gaming at more than 1280x720

there is a newer build out 14251
