Unable to get the right link for Freecorder

In a recent hard drive repair I lost my copy of freecorder. Even though it is not the most powerful audio and video capture program around it is simple and met all of my needs. I now cannot find a location from which to download the program. There are numerous sites on the internet that say they can download Freecorder but its total nonsense. When you go there thay want you to download oh so many pieces of garbage that its rediculous and to make matters worse if you don't accept their wonderful offer Freecorder won't download. I'm not even sure you wold get it if you took all of there offers.

Please if anybody know of a way too get the orginal freecorder or something very close to it please let me know.

    The Author of the freeware now charges for it's usage.

    You can search for free video/audio recording and conversion programs.  There are several available.

    Since you have not specified any of the numerous sites, what about the Applian site:

    If there is a problem with that (oh so many pieces of garbage) tell us what that means.

    It looks like it installs to your browser and will change your home page and search engine, but lots of free third party programs will do that, so you just change it back or uncheck those "offers" during the installation (if offered).
