Hi.

I have a problem... When i try to play GrowTopia or MineCraft, it says, to update my OpenGL drivers. I have Windows 10. My graphic card is a chipset : Mobile Intel Graphic Media Accelerator X3100. What I have to do to solve this problem? Maybe the OpenGL isn't supported to this graphic card on Windows 10 or what? On Windows 7 it was working perfect. Please help!

    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10. This issue usually arises due to outdated drivers. You may try the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and restore corrupted files. It will scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files in Windows. To run the SFC scan, refer to the Microsoft article below.

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Method 2: Update Drivers

Refer to the following article and update all the drivers available.

**How to: Install and Update drivers in Windows 10**

If you are unable to find the drivers for Windows 10, you may try toinstall the drivers in compatibility mode with Windows 8.1.

Firstly download the driver from your computer's manufacturer website and then install it.

Refer (Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows)

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/older-programs-compatible-version-windows

**Note:**This link also applies to Windows 10.

Hope this information is helpful. Please do let us know if you need further assistance with Windows, we’ll be glad to assist you.

    Thank you

I bet your computer runs the 32 bit version of Windows 10. I myself am on Windows 10 as well.

Right click on the windows thingy in the left bottom corner, then click on system. A little bit below the processor info, you'll see the System Type stuff. So, If you have the 32 bit version, it'll say this "32 bit operation system, x64 based processor" Just switch to 64 bit. How to : Search for "Windows Update"(Idk If it will pop up as Windows Update Settings or something, but whatever.), Once opened, you'll see "Activation" Just click on "Change product key" and do what the computer tells you. Hopefully this will work for you. If it works, try to search for me on Growtopia, I have the same name there.

Hey, I have had the same problem and it's no fault of the drivers. Some Windows 10 updates completely ditch OpenGL and they do not notice it. The best and most effective way of fixing this is downloading OpenGL from their website.
