I have try to run the program with Admin privileges and i am greeting this massage " unable to connect to the network share'1.1.1.1\ADMIN$". saw i type in the win xp machine in the run command " \1.1.1.1\ADMIN$" and no luck "cannot access the network share".Then i type in cmd " net share" and i can see the share " ADMIN$".

Please give us more information, where are the shares and what type of operating system is involved.  Trying to access shares on XP machine from Windows ? machine.  Or Trying to access shares on Windows ? machine from Windows XP machine?  Trying to access shares on same machine between Windows XP & VM machine?  Disable all the firewalls while you troubleshoot this, if your machine(s) is(are) behind a router they will still be protected.  Are the machines in the same workgroup?  The results of the Net View may be helpful.

    Try this link for VM.

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Search/en-US?query=windows%20xp%20virtual%20machine&ac=3#refinementChanges=85&pageNumber=1&showMore=false

Also, you might need to edit the firewall/exceptions tab, plus internet connections properties, both in control-

    panel.
