What is the SLA for Azure SQL Database, the standard tier?

Nothing is mentioned in the official documentation (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/sla/sql-database/v1_5/)

Question has been asked already (https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/6dedf616-691c-4d02-84b3-b92341f0845a/sql-basic-standard-and-premium-is-it-covered-by-sla?forum=ssdsgetstarted) but it was in 2014 so it's maybe time for an update :)

Hello @François Baronnet Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A. In addition to what @learnskills mentioned in the answer Hyperscale tier with two or more replicas is just related to HS. Please let us know if that answer your question.
    Regards,
    Oury
