Hi

i have a Panasonic Fz-G1 toughbook tablet which i cannot get the flash to work (it does have a built in LED flash)

i have scrawled through all the MS forums and other tech forums for info or to find this issue but i dont seem to be able to find anything.

accoridng to MS support there should be an option under the camera app settings to adjust the flash on or off but this definitly isnt there. the other settings that MS list under this option like exposure, resolution etc all work fine.

if anyone is able to urgently help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

    Hey

Thanks for your response however these were the MS articles I was referring too as not being of any help. The issue is that it doesn't give any option around the flash at all. The other settings in those articles like exposure and resolution are there but but nothing to do with the flash. It's not just one device it's around 50 so a defective camera is not the issue. The relevant drivers all seem to be installed and the only thing close I can find is a similair issue on the Ms forums with Aser machines.

any further help would be greatly appreciated as im at a dead end with the troubleshooting.

    Thanks
