I DOWNLOADED SMARTPCFIXER,USED IT ONE X ,IT WAS A TRIAL, NEXT THING I KNOW A WHOLE LOT OF MY DRIVES AND PROGRAMS,DATA,ETC WERE MISSING EVEN SMARTPCFIXER ,I TRACED IT TO AN ADWARE CLEANER, THAT I HAD NOT DOWNLOADED. SO I RE-DOWNLOADED THE PC FIXER SINCE I HAD THE LICENSE .I RAN ALL OF THE ITEMS YOU COULD RUN W/IT, NOW I'M MISSING IT AGAIN , AND EVEN MORE IMPORTANT STUFF , LIKE MY D DRIVE IS EMPTY , AND MOST OF MY C DRIVE. MY PC DOESNT RECOGNISE ME , AT ALL ,OR IT TELLS ME IT NEEDS A PROGRAM TO RUN WITH IT.

I'M NOT A NEW PC USER , BUT ALL THIS IS A 1ST FOR ME...HELP ! PLEASE .

    All caps are not needed – it makes the narrative more difficult to read.

    SmartPCFixer is a registry cleaner/optimizer.  Such programs are not recommended by nor supported by Microsoft.  Do you have “backups” of all changes made by PCFixer?

    Suggest you seek assistance and advice from SmartPCFixer or you may need to restore or reset your computer.  Before doing so you should carefully review the following to determine what option (if any) you wish to follow: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options

    Or you may wish to seek assistance from a professional computer repair tech.

    Then you should type with whatever “font” you need to see the screen!  J

    Luckily, cataract surgery fixed most of my eye problems.

    thank you for you're help LB , I'll try it all until it's fixed, I appreciate your advise.

    btw , I'm not shouting , I have eye problems , so the caps , are mainly for my own benefit.

    I apologize for the caps and the bold style.
