Hi,

We can only go on what your Computer is telling you and that is that you have the wrong Password.

I am curious as to why your fellow workers can verify your Password.

Passwords are supposed to be kept secure from others.

"What to do if you forget your Windows 8/8.1 password"

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/what-do-forget-windows-password#1TC=windows-8

If you've forgotten your Windows password, there are several ways to retrieve or reset it:

  • If your PC is on a domain, your system administrator must reset your password.
  • If you're using a Microsoft account, you can reset your password online. For more info, go to the Reset your password webpage.
  • If you're using a local account, use your password hint as a reminder.

If you've tried these suggestions and still can't sign in:

  • If you have Windows 8.1, you'll need to reinstall Windows.
  • If you have Windows RT 8.1, you'll need to contact your PC manufacturer.

Microsoft forbids any assistance being given in these Forums to help you bypass or "crack" lost or forgotten Passwords.

Here is the Microsoft Information outlining that Policy:

My coworkers know the password because this computer is used for us for to

do engineering meetigs. But now I am the only user because I am working on

a project in another city. Nobody else use this computer in the last month,

and I was using the laptop right until the wednesday. I have the laptop

with me all the time and my boss say that he do not know nothing about the

password because he give me the laptop when it was new. Password is right

but the laptop say no. I need help, I have a engineering meeting on monday

and I will need the laptop.

If your co-workers know the Password, anyone of them could have changed the Password without your knowledge, for whatever reason.

    Regards.
