Right - old posts should be locked after a period of inactivity to keep stuff like this from happening but the forum "owners" don't seem to know how to do stuff like that.
I don't think anybody will criticize for posting a new topic about an issue that has been posted before. It happens all the time and should be expected. They might refer you to a previously posted topic if the issue sounds similar. I think it is better
(most of the time) to treat every new topic as a new case to solve.
It is well know fact that the MS Answers community is polluted with thousands and thousands and thousands of "Answers" that are not the answer. Many are ridiculous, impossible to work and not even close to being the answer. This is because the forum "owners"
allow their alleged Support Engineer "experts" to mark replies from other "experts" as the answer when the reply is impossible to be the answer. This is called "answer marking nepotism" and is rampant in MS Answers.
Like my counter-productive, condescending, and obnoxious reply said, if you want somebody to help you with your issue you need to start a new topic. As you can see nobody is even trying to help with this old topic.
I can be pretty sure that only you are going to know what "spool problems" means, what "chaos" means, and what "uninstallable completely" means so if you want replies that are going to be helpful you need to try to explain things with a bit more clarity.
Would you go to your car mechanic and say your car has "problems" runs like "chaos" and expect them to be able to fix your problem with just that information?
Would you go to your doctor and say you have "problems" and feel like "chaos" and expect them to write you a prescription to fix your problems and chaos without them even asking you what you are talking about?
Maybe you would to that and expect a resolution but that is not how things work on the planet called Earth.
You are very unlikely to get satisfaction and after you waste time with more visits you might consider another mechanic or doctor when the problem is not with the people providing the service - the problem is you have not articulated your problems clearly
or the provider did not bother do ask the right questions to get to the bottom of the issue.
I understand very well how this forum works and it is pretty messed up in many areas because the folks that run it are not problem solvers or troubleshooters. If they were they would have addressed these issues by now but Microsoft seems to have the wrong
people behind the wheel of MS Answers.
For some reason you have an Insider badge so I would think that means you must have some knowledge of how to solve problems and how the MS Answers community works.
But I see you are already pursing your issue in a fresh (new) topic here:

I don't see any criticism about posting a new topic and you have provided a few more details so maybe that will work out.
