Windows 10 update for Lumia 920 mobile. Upgrade Advisor"app and found the message "Your phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10"

I have a Nokia Lumia 920 handset with me. Below are its details.

Software Release - Lumia Denim

OS version - 8.10.14234.375

It was informed by Microsoft that "Phones running on Lumia Denim (OS version 8.10.14219.341, or higher) can upgrade to Windows 10."

It was also informed that to have the update we need to install "Upgrade Advisor" app. 

I have installed the "Upgrade Advisor"app and found the message "Your phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10" when tried to install windows 10 on my mobile.

Could you please tell me why I am unable to install the update even though my mobile has satisfied all the required conditions(Lumia Denim, OS version greater than 8.10.14219.341) mentioned by Microsoft.

And when windows 10 would be available officially(not through Windows Insider app) for Lumia 920 mobile.

I am not interested to update my mobile with a preview version through Windows Insider app.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Please note that I haven't asked for the phones which can be upgraded to Windows 10 using insider preview.

    I have also clearly mentioned that I am not looking for a preview version.

    Kindly let me know, why my mobile is not getting the OS update even though it satisfied the conditions.

    Also please inform when the official Windows 10 OS (NOT A PREVIEW VERSION) would be available

    It was not 5 yrs old, when win 10 update was made available on other phones..

    This is indeed very bad of Microsoft. I am a loyal customer of Windows/Nokia phone and bought Nokia 920 flagship. I don't think I will be buying this brand anymore..
