    Hi,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want the Bluetooth driver.

I will certainly help you with this.

    Please provide the below information.

    1. Which Bluetooth device you are using?
    2. Are you using plug and play Bluetooth device?
    3. Do you have any disc with this Bluetooth device?
    4. Are you getting any error message while connecting this Bluetooth device? If yes, please provide the exact error message/code.

I would like to inform you that if you are using any plug and play device then you no need to install any driver, it will automatically load the built-in driver once you connect the device. But if this device come with any driver which needs to be installed manually then you may need to contact to manufacturer of the device.

You may refer the below link and check if it helps:

What you should do is tell us your system make and model.

If a Dell system what is the Service Tag number?

Do this so we can see what you have:

Click the Start button/orb in the lower-left corner of your screen. Or, press the Windows logo key on your keyboard.

    In the search box enter:

    msinfo32

Select/click msinfo32.exe and the System Information dialog box will open.

Click on System Summary, click Edit, Select All (Ctrl-A), Copy (Ctrl-C) and then paste (Ctrl-V) the information back here in your next reply.

There will be some personal information (like System Name and User Name), and whatever appears to be private information to you, just delete it from the pasted information.
