Hi  Team,

I have searched my query in this community; but I couldn't find anything related to my problem. So posting a query by myself.

I have Portronics Glitz bluetooth device which gets connected to my Lumia phone very easily; but having problem connecting it with my Lenovo Z500 Ideapad Laptop.

Laptop is able to find and pair this device. But when I click "connect" in Operation window to get Audio service; it is not connecting to it. I also checked in Sounds section; I couldn't find this device listed there so that I could enable it.

Please suggest the steps I need to check to get this working.

Thanks and Regards,

Abhijeet

    Hi Abhijeet,

    Thank you for the update.

I would suggest you to place the computer in clean boot state and check the status.

To help troubleshoot error messages and other issues, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This kind of startup is known as a "clean boot." A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Placing your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. You need to follow the steps from the article mentioned below to perform a Clean Boot.

**How to perform a clean boot in Windows**

Note: Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to start as normal after troubleshooting.

Also, refer to the thread link below:

    Cant reconnect bluetooth speakers

    Hope this helps.
