Hi, igorlt. Have you already tried the recommendation of Abi99 (2)") which is to recover the phone's SW using the Windows Device Recovery Tool? Please back up your files first before performing this step to avoid data loss. Make sure to update all applications on your phone as well. You can do it by going to Store > Menu > Downloads and updates > Check for updates. Feel free to give us updates on its outcome.

2016-05-08T22:53:52+00:00 Been having the same problem. Just started this last week.
First it will be charging weird. Might get about a 50% charge, or at least that's what it says. While charging, the display will show that it's at 100% then when disconnected it will adjust to what I assume is the actual charge.
Then the thing will automatically shutdown and reboot, not quite make it to the main screen then shutdown and reboot again. I ended up just taking out the battery and let it sit for a while.
When I finally restarted the phone it was locked out for security purposes requiring it to be charged for 2 hours before I could access the phone.
Of course that didn't work so I had to do a remote pin reset which finally allowed me access.
It seems to be working fine right now, but I thought the same thing yesterday and it ended up getting locked up later in the night.
I'm about ready to throw this phone away. I've had this phone since December and I'm not impressed with all the bugs and kinks that should have been worked out by now.
I'm facing this same problem over the last few days. But in my case I'm able to use my phone only for a short period of time. When the batter goes down to something like 50%, I have to charge it again. Otherwise, the phone keeps rebooting itself.
While charging I can use the phone with no problems. So, my Lumia 950 XL now works like a landline :(

2016-04-11T10:15:04+00:00 Lomelis, your case sounds like a hardware issue with the TPM or the battery. Please,
- remove the microSD,
- apply the Recovery Tool via a Windows computer,
- do not add any Wi-Fi, and
- do not add your Microsoft account.
Now, you ruled out all configuration issues. If the issues persists either your phone is faulty. In that case, I would return it to my retailer. The retailer in turn sends it over to a local but authorised repair centre. You are using a Lumia 950 (XL) (Dual SIM) as well, don’t you?

2016-04-06T17:44:27+00:00 For issues like this, Microsoft offers the app Field Medic » Advanced » Choose which ETW … » Options » select all. Then, you start logging before the hang/reboots happens. After that, you stop logging. (When you are back home,) you transfer that log via USB and open it for example via WordPad. Anything suspicious?
