Here is the crash report of Windows Live Mail 2012, the program keeps repeating to eternity that a problem has caused the program to stop working, then it restarts and one windows show a debug box next to close program box. It just keeps on showing thes boxes and restarting. If I do not click on any box and put the message down in a corner I am able to use the program, but I cannot get rid of these messages and the restarting.  I am using Windows 10

One more note.  My computer is running Windows Live Mail 2011.  I can receive emails, but cannot send emails. I cannot delete emails from the inbox.  To workaround this I move them to the junk folder, then move them to the deleted folder where I can truly get rid of them.  But no workaround for the sending issue. One suggestion was to run the repair function of Windows Live Essentials 2011, but I get an error message saying I have no internet connection when in fact I do.  Thanks.

The light blue one.  Additional information for you I recently upgraded the OS to Windows 10 and there were updates that installed yesterday, the day I started having problems with Windows Live Mail.  Thank you.

Here is the crash report ...

Thank you. That makes it possible to see the cause straight away.

Faulting module name: wcsync.dll, version: 16.4.3563.918, time stamp: 0x55fc5749

    Exception code: 0xc0000005

    Fault offset: 0x0005e3fa

That is the calendar synchronization module (wcsync.dll), which is unfortunately broken in the version of the program you have installed (16.4.3563.0918). You can prevent the crash by clicking the right-most button on the Home tab of the ribbon and selecting Sign out of Windows Live Mail. This will stop the program trying to update the calendar, and you will see the default calendar and the default contacts list, not the ones belonging to the account you were signed in with.

To be able to give a more robust solution, we need to know two things:

    1. The version of Windows, and
    2. Whether the account you were signed in with has been upgraded to the new version of Outlook on the Web or not. To find out, please visit mail.live.com and sign in with the account concerned. Which of these two banners do you see at the top of the page?

In addition to the issues with email, I followed your instructions for repairing Windows Essentials, but it want repair because of "no internet connection" which I have.
