Thank you for the response. I was able to resolve the problem by returning the Logitec BT Mouse and buying a Microsoft 3600 BT mouse. Works great now.
M535 Logitech Bluetooth Mouse works for a few minutes then stops working on
I have a new BT M535 mouse and it works for a little while then stops working.
I am using Windows 7 professional Service Pack 1 with my Dell Precision M4800 Intel Core i7-4900MQ CPU @ 2.80 GHz , 16.0GB Ram, 64 Bit Op
Does anyone know how to resolve this? It just stops working and you have to uninstall then reinstall but does the same thing. We have Office Trend which I know sometimes blocks things as well. Any feedback would be helpful.
Thank you in Advance.

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community.
As I have understood, you are experiencing issue with M535 Logitech Bluetooth mouse works for a few minutes and then it stops working on the system.
I certainly understand your concern and appreciate all your efforts in trying to fix this issue.
In order to understand the issue more clearly, I would request you to kindly provide me with the following information.
- Did you make any specific changes recently on the system?
- Are you getting any error message? If yes, what is the exact error message along with the error code?
- Have you tried to pair up any other Bluetooth mouse with your system and checked if it is working?
There might be a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to various reasons. For example
- Incorrect Bluetooth settings.
