Sharper Image Internet Weather Station EC-WS115

I only have the 1.01 software.  My Sharper Image EC-WS115 5-Day Forecast weather station worked fine until March 2016.  Now it says "cannot connect to server; try again later".  I removed batteries, rebooted, all the usual steps, but no luck.  I contacted RIPE and Foreca but they said to contact Sharper Image, which won't respond.  Is there any newer software that connects to a different, active server?   I've looked everywhere but all I can find is NIS01_INSTALL_2380.exe which is ver. 1.01.

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I understand that Sharper Image Internet Weather Station EC-WS115 does not work since March and you are not getting any response from Sharper Image. Since it is not developed by Microsoft, I am not confident to assist you with it newer version of it.

    You may want to perform System Restore to restore the computer to previous point in time when it was working fine.

    To do so:

    Open System Restore by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type System Restore, and then, in the list of results, click System Restore.‌  If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    Important: When you use System Restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed after that date are removed.

    I have 2 EC-WS115 if anyone is interested in. I just purchased new computer with Windows 10 and don't want the headaches.
