MSN toolbar removal

How do I remove the toolbar at the top of the MSN homepage? The one that has:

Outlook.com Store Skype Rewards Office, etc.

Windows for home | Other | Apps

    I'm right here.  No need to talk as if I don't exist.

    It is not a toolbar, it is a Ribbon which is not customizable.  If you want to customize the ribbon or disable it, use Feedback by clicking the gear icon (upper right) to request these options be added.

    I mentioned a Firefox extension recommended by member, David42.  You have not mentioned until now which browser you're using.

    Although I appreciate Smittychat's taking time to respond, I'm not liking this answer... mostly don't understand it, except he/she says it cannot be removed. However, I've heard that others have successfully removed theirs, but I can't find out how. I don't know why Smittychat is giving me info about Firefox; I use Chrome.

    Hi,

    That is by design and not removable.  You can click on Feedback link and request the option to remove Ribbon Icons.

    If you use Firefox browser, there is an extension that will remove them.  See David 42's reply
