Windows 10 update for Lumia 920 mobile. Upgrade Advisor"app and found the message "Your phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10"

I have a Nokia Lumia 920 handset with me. Below are its details.

Software Release - Lumia Denim

OS version - 8.10.14234.375

It was informed by Microsoft that "Phones running on Lumia Denim (OS version 8.10.14219.341, or higher) can upgrade to Windows 10."

It was also informed that to have the update we need to install "Upgrade Advisor" app. 

I have installed the "Upgrade Advisor"app and found the message "Your phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10" when tried to install windows 10 on my mobile.

Could you please tell me why I am unable to install the update even though my mobile has satisfied all the required conditions(Lumia Denim, OS version greater than 8.10.14219.341) mentioned by Microsoft.

And when windows 10 would be available officially(not through Windows Insider app) for Lumia 920 mobile.

I am not interested to update my mobile with a preview version through Windows Insider app.

    Lumia 920 was the 1st flagship phone . Windows phone we supported it , but now 920 is not supported for windows 10

    Could you please tell me the reason. Is the hardware present in 920 not suitable for upgrade..?

    Because the software present satisfies the conditions required for windows 10...

    Currently, below are the Phones and devices that can upgrade to Windows 10 Mobiles:

    Lumia 1520, 930, 640, 640XL, 730, 735, 830, 532, 535, 540, 635 1GB, 636 1GB, 638 1GB, 430, 435, BLU Win HD w510u, BLU Win HD LTE x150q, MCJ Madosma Q501.

    Q: I checked the Upgrade Advisor app and it said my phone was not eligible for the upgrade, how do I get Windows 10 Mobile?

    A: To ensure the best Windows 10 Mobile experience possible, only select Windows Phone devices are able to upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile. The availability of Windows 10 Mobile as an upgrade for existing Windows Phone 8.1 devices will vary by device manufacturer, device model, country or region, mobile operator or service provider, hardware limitations, and other factors.
