The interface comes on and is receiving power. If i touch my mic the green bars are active, so the interface is working. However in the 'sound' settings in control panel it does not appear, even if i select display disconnected or disabled devices.. when i open M audio m track plus in control panel, it says hardware not connected.. Can anyone help me?
