Original title: Cannot get games app to work after getting new hard drive

I had to replace my hard drive.  After instillation and downloading all my previous info from old drive, I cannot get my games app to work.  The message I receive when I try to log in is a follows: "WildTangent Games App has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

I have tried everything I know to fix this.  Have set the firewall to allow WT, have made sure Ports 80, 443, SSl and TLS are open.  I have updated the drivers and Adobe flash player.  I have uninstall and reinstall the app.   This will not respond from desktop.  It will open but if I try to log in I get the above message.  If I open it on its web page, it will let me log in.  However, if I try to download a game or play a game I get the above message.  I have been working on this for 3 weeks now.  (NO info as to a solution has been received from Windows).

I have a HP pavilion Slimeline desktop PC, using Windows Vista Home Premium.

Saw this figured it might help, I was having the same issue, this works

There was a Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372) released this week that appears to be causing the WildTangent Games App to fail when launching.

If this is effecting you, then you will see an error message that says "WildTangent Games App has stopped working" or one mentioning that "Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

While we research this further, we have determined that if you uninstall the Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372), you will be able to launch the Games App and play games just as before!

Below are steps on how to do that:

    1. Launch the Control Panel
    2. Select Programs
    3. Select View Installed Updates
    4. Locate (KB3132372) "Security Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3132372)" and Select it
    5. Click Uninstall
    6. Then launch the WildTangent Games App
