2016-05-20T11:39:49+00:00 Hi,
To assist you better, I would like to know whether you had purchased the original game disc.
This issue may arise due to the following reasons:
- Corruptions in game files.
- Junk files in Windows Operating system.
- RAM issues.
As an initial troubleshooting step we would like to check if the issue is with the PC and for that you may try installing the same game in a different PC or try to move the files to an external USB and check if it works fine on other computer.
If the issue persists, then the issue may be with the game files and if the issue dose not persists, you may try disk cleanup and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Please check if you are able to install the game after following the above steps. Let us know if you need further assistance. We will be glad to assist you.

2016-05-22T11:43:17+00:00 Hi,
Did you try the steps provided?
If the issue still persists, you may install the game after placing the system in Clean boot.
A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

Applies to Windows 10
Disclaimer: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting” to reset the computer to start as usual.
Let us know if you need further assistance. We will be happy to help.
Thank you.
