Hi Jonathan,
Did you try to install the drivers for Touch manually from the manufacturer’s website?
This issue might have occurred if the drivers installed on the computer are corrupted.
Method 1:
First, I would suggest you to follow these steps and run the
Hardware and devices troubleshooter:
a. Press Windows key + W to search Settings.
b. Type “Troubleshoot” without quotes and click on
Troubleshooting in the **** results displayed on the left side of the screen.
c. In the new window, click Hardware and Sound.
d. In the list of options, click on Hardware and Devices.
e. Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
Method 2:
I would suggest you to uninstall the Touch drivers and then check if it helps. To uninstall the drivers for the devices, follow these steps:
a. Drag the mouse to bottom left corner and right-click on the
Start icon.
b. Select Device manager.
c. Right-click on the device **** driver and click
Uninstall.
Hope it helps. If you need further assistance, we’re here to assist.
